Gerhard Knop – Former SAP Implementation Manager at Česká spořitelna, later serving as CFO, CIO, and CEO at Witte Automotive, where he led the development of SAP ERP for more than 15 years. Today, he works as a consultant, mentor, and facilitator, helping companies with digitalization, transformation, and automation. He openly emphasizes that successful implementation is not about technology alone, but about a well-prepared vision, strategy, and company culture.

Tomáš Soudský began his professional career primarily in manufacturing, where he held various roles in logistics and engineering. During this time, he contributed to a project for Tesla in California. He later moved into a production management role, leading approximately 300 employees across technology, maintenance, and manufacturing.
He subsequently chose to apply his hands-on industry experience in IT, joining Adastra, where he worked on the development of AI solutions not only for manufacturing companies but also for clients worldwide. These solutions leveraged a broad range of AI disciplines.
He is currently responsible for the SAP SCM portfolio for the Czech and Slovak markets.

Daniel Frémund leads the SAP ERP Public Cloud division at MIBCON, helping companies improve efficiency, transparency, and decision-making quality using SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. He has over 20 years of experience in IT, covering roles from business development to management, with responsibility for ERP solution delivery and long-term service provision. He believes in a WIN–WIN collaboration principle, emphasizing that mutual understanding of expectations is the foundation of successful partnerships.

Jindřich Šustr previously served as Chief Information Officer at Agrostroj Pelhřimov, a.s., where for over 20 years he developed not only IT infrastructure but also SAP ERP and EDI systems. Today, he works as a consultant and developer for SAP ERP and SAP Cloud ERP at MIBCON.
His motto is: “He who stands still, stands aside.” He believes that every change has its own time and place, and he views manufacturing companies as living organisms that must function as a cohesive whole.
Jindřich is convinced that the success of every SAP implementation can be divided into three equal parts: the best product—SAP, the best implementation partner—MIBCON, and, most importantly, the customer and their team.

Ján Mráz has long focused on ERP system implementations, helping companies successfully manage these transformations. As an expert in the SAP Activate methodology, he will share his experience in Brno on how to ensure a secure and successful implementation of modern SAP Cloud ERP.

Petr Havelka is an experienced SAP and process consultant specializing in production planning and logistics. He focuses on the SAP PP and QM modules. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the implementation of SAP PP and SD modules, ensuring production plan stability, data management, and the coordination of logistics flows across manufacturing plants. He has experience in team leadership, SAP employee training, creating process documentation, and supporting customer audits. He actively participates in projects related to production planning and distribution, including the implementation of new warehouse and distribution systems. SGENit is a member of the MIBCON Group.
