Hartmann Group: Automation of company-wide data processing for management reporting

Using SAP BI tools, we helped the companies within the Hartmann Group eliminate manual activities related to data acquisition and significantly improve the efficiency of data analytics and reporting overall.

Another Business Intelligence project in which we acted as a trusted partner for our customer was a comprehensive initiative to automate and harmonize data preparation processes for reporting across departments and countries within the Hartmann Group.

The project included, among other activities, mapping all input data sources and incorporating them into a new integration architecture, integrating SAP and non-SAP technologies (Microsoft and Salesforce), and consolidating individual business requirements into a coherent solution with global applicability—both at the level of data models and within the reporting layer in SAP Analytics Cloud.

The implementation delivered a unified, transparent, and fully automated data ecosystem with daily updates, reduced error rates, and the elimination of manual tasks. By unifying key entities and reporting, the group gained faster access to accurate information, the ability to connect previously siloed data domains, and the flexibility to easily onboard additional countries into the global solution.
