Implementation of SAP EWM at the pharmaceutical company PRO.MED.CS Praha a.s.

In the second half of 2022, we implemented SAP EWM at PRO.MED.CS Praha a.s. as an embedded solution within SAP S/4HANA.

The SAP EWM implementation project at the pharmaceutical company PRO.MED.CS Praha a.s. was our third deployment of this advanced warehouse management system. Its delivery formed part of a broader innovation initiative at the company, including a transition to new SAP systems aimed at extending coverage of key management areas.

The delivered solution introduced a structured approach to warehouse processes and a range of innovations supporting higher operational efficiency. These include end-to-end coverage of warehouse processes using mobile terminals, as well as the introduction of handling unit labels with QR codes for easier identification of contents.
