Transition to SAP S/4HANA with subsequent migration to the RISE with SAP cloud at HP Tronic Zlín s.r.o.

We supported HP Tronic Zlín, s.r.o. in its transition from the legacy SAP R/3 system to a new, scalable, and innovation-ready ERP solution, providing a stable technological platform for future growth and development.

HP Tronic Zlín, s.r.o., a leading distributor of consumer electronics and home appliances and the operator of the Datart retail network, selected us as its partner for the transition to next-generation SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud.

More than just a conversion to SAP S/4HANA

The project involved several additional challenges beyond the core conversion. Over multiple phases, we successfully delivered:

• a reduction of database size by 40%
• a brownfield conversion from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA (on-premise)
• migration of the SAP S/4HANA production system to the RISE with SAP private cloud
• migration of SAP BW to SAP Datasphere
• implementation of a new Settlement Management solution for managing supplier bonus agreements
• development of a new interactive supplier claims form (on SAP BTP)

The new ERP system was deployed without any negative impact on the customer’s ongoing business operations. As a result of the project, HP Tronic gained a more modern IT infrastructure with more efficient administration, along with tools to improve and accelerate reporting and analytics, enabling advanced data analysis.
