Challenges

O2 Czech Republic reached a stage where it needed to consolidate multiple procurement channels and processes under one roof. The goal was to gain better strategic visibility over spend, simplify master data management, and streamline purchase order approvals across the entire organization.

Our Solution

To centralize procurement processes, we leveraged our MDP. The customer can now handle everything on a single SAP S/4HANA – integrated platform—from supplier onboarding requests and contract management to purchase orders themselves.
