Eliminating process bottlenecks and a scalable platform for further digitalization

How can administrative friction be removed and full control over corporate processes achieved? This reference project shows how Mibcon Digital Platform (MDP) became the backbone of corporate administration over several years—from the digitalization of dozens of HR processes to specific agendas beyond HR—delivering significant process acceleration and transparent management oversight.

Challenges

The day-to-day operations of Pražská energetika, a.s. (PRE) were slowed by lengthy approval cycles and complex document traceability. PRE needed a platform that would efficiently cover not only HR (over 30 different processes) but also handle specific non-HR agendas, all with a direct integration to SAP.

Our solution

MDP was deployed as a central workflow platform. Over five years, we digitalized more than 30 HR processes (from onboarding to benefits administration) and extended the platform to asset management as well (e.g., buyout processes).

Business impact

The key benefit was an acceleration of the affected processes by more than 50%. The HR department can now handle bulk signing of thousands of salary amendments with just a few clicks. Management has real-time visibility into where any process is stalled. The platform has become the backbone of corporate administration.
