We helped ČEPS, a.s. unify HR documents and templates and digitalize their management using our Mibcon Digital Platform.
How do you establish a unified and professional approach to HR documentation in an organization that is part of a country’s critical infrastructure? ČEPS decided to standardize its HR processes and eliminate administrative inconsistency. This reference project demonstrates how the Mibcon Digital Platform helped unify documents and strengthen the company’s professional image.
Before the project started, Česká elektroenergetická přenosová soustava (ČEPS) struggled with a large number of document versions and templates. This complexity complicated HR processes and negatively affected the company’s professional image, both internally and externally. It was therefore necessary to unify the visual style across the organization and introduce clear process discipline.
We addressed these challenges by implementing the Mibcon Digital Platform, focusing on the employee lifecycle (Onboarding, Change, Offboarding). We introduced centralized template management that automatically generates accurate and consistent documents.
Standardization and professionalism. Every document leaving the HR department is now in the correct format, legally compliant, and digitally signed. Concerns such as whether a manager used the latest version of a contract have been completely eliminated.
